If it's aesthetics you're after then sit there with a blunt knife and some grain filler.

If it's a better and more accurate reaction off the cue ball then I'd leave it, if it's throwing the ball out that might be the reason most of them go in!

Oh, artist's acrylic. I guess I could regrain it with me dremel disc attachment, then fill with a brown acrylic and do the rest in black?

In a strange way that's a beautiful cue.

That's the shapes I get when looking through the corner of my bi-focals.

            Is the cue straight?

This is it, I think the chevron is making me miss shots. It can't be me. The balance of the cue and it's chi is really out. I can feel it man, bad energy. Glowey and red; devil ash.

I would just use a pin, it's only a few mill to fill in the dip in the waves bit, just a couple of light scratches then fill it with the acrylic.
I don't know how cues work but I'm not having that that is affecting the cue in any way, our own flaws in cueing will have a million times more effect on where the balls are going than that.

I'd like to see a video of that and a shaky hand on your pride and joy!

Ah Froggy that's right, it used to appear every now and again on the bay, not seen it for around two years I think , might be holding up some sweet peas somewhere now.

No man, this part of the cue is evil. I think the angel ash kinda kept it quiet for all those decades but something has awakened the devil ash within. It just refuses to pot balls. It could be under the influence of froggy, that's a real devil's cue, probably the leader of the evil cue cult.

The wee one told me about grumble berries. I said don't be daft, there's no such thing. Then I found one on the raspberry bushes. It's awful to look at. You couldn't eat it, it would make you grumble real bad. Grumble berries, devil ash, nature is full of some weird ****. We need to find a new material. It's just not safe for our games to be using wood. There must be a lightweight, strong plastic out there we could use.

It was one of 2 made, one being one piece, and the other I think a center split.

For a while I had delusions of re-uniting them, then something else took my attention . . .
