ah - so it was from me! - no i don't remember these things, but its impressive how good the modern copies are eh! i have changed my badge because the old one would have had to be redone anyway and new badge was cheaper!
Im looking for a repo ye olde ash cue actually if you can get one, i have an old shaft dating from around 1840 which i am getting spliced onto an ebony butt, the badge would really make the cue that bit better.
i can get one but the price will be shocking! - i will ask if you like! - i collect the old badges in a drawer in the workshop in case i get a cue to use them on trouble is the ye olde ash badges etc never turn up i have willie smiths cooks etc but never a ye olde ash
Hi
I have a Burroughes and Watts Cue. It is what looks like a maple shaft (please tell me if I am wrong) with a dark wood grip with a green splice in it. It has a hexaganol metal case with 1 slight crease and a knackered catch.
The cue is perfectly straight. The badge is in pristine condition. Near the badge it has the initials EJS .
Is this collectable? If so approx how much is it worth?
Thanx

I have now posted a picture in the Gallery. It is "Burroughes Watts Cue and Case". Take a look, any info would be great.
I looked on the cuecollector but could not see one like mine.
