Not in your area, but Andy Travis is very good, he's in Sheffield.

As above, I have used Andy Travis (TSF member) for several cue modifications and has always done a timely and quality job.

Jim Evans is also in Sheffield and also a TSF member.

Not used the below myself so cant comment about the work, sure it is fine just no personal experience

Chris Lloyd is in Warrington and does cue alterations.

Cue Craft in Worksop - don't know if they can do alteration anymore.

Tony Wilshaw (twcues.co.uk) is on Stoke on Trent.
      Up the TSF! :snooker:

Mr . Wilshaw is expensive . Andy Travis is very reasonable and has a quick turn around , Tony Glover is also quite close and his 5/16 " pin joints , especially done as a " wood to wood " joint are superb.

Many thanks to Tony Wilshaw for his excellent work in fitting new joints to this cue & extension. Also it was very nice to hear him be so complimentary about the standard of wood used in this cue.I must admit I was not familiar with Mun (Moon)/Vietnamese ebony but he spoke very highly of it as well as speaking very highly of the quality of the ash shaft.I would definitely recommend Tony to anyone looking to have cue work done.

That's a really neat job, good work by TW.
I think that cue and craftsman cues are the only ones I have seen that have the male joint on the shaft and the female on the butt. I've not seen that many cues though.

Is it lol, there you go, cheers Rogi.
Ha ! Just had a look and all my cues are like that , so my craftsman cue must be male on the butt and female on the shaft, don't know how I got that mixed up, must be an age thing.

                        Nice trophy corner mate.

With that towel under your cue it like you have an alter to pray to the snooker Gods............I've tried that occasionally!

I intend to sell this cue.Not sure what it's worth but Tony Wilshaw was certainly impressed with its quality.
