I've been told that Thailand have the best cue makers and buy most of the North American ash so they can sift through to find the best shafts available. I've heard a lot of good things about Maximus but does anyone know if you can order a custom cue direct online? I've also heard Ton Praram III beyond cue is of the highest quality

I paid £1200 for mine a few years back. If you want to pick a specific shaft i.e. Clear maple or straight arrows be another £200 on top

That does look like a nice cue, good price and close to my specs. I was hoping to design my own butt. Too many options now don't know what to do

I think you've spelt your username wrong bud, you've put a g instead of the n
It's hard to pot balls with a Chimpanzee tea party going on in your head

            LOL.

@Big AD, so you just got a 'basic'(!) cue then. Straight arrows would have been 1400? How can he charge extra for straight arrows on top of 1200?! Seriously, who's daft enough to swallow that? If so, that makes a JPU look cheap. Goodness me, cheaper, better and quicker to go to Stamford and they're not cheap! lol

He is very expensive I wouldn't buy another but it was a lovely cue. Mike charges more for his VCM cues as he keeps his premium shafts just for them. The tiger, legend and vintage are just standard shafts but still pretty expensive. I had 4 snakewood on green veneers which is an expensive wood plus black spin and f1 joint and extension
