I had a custom made 3-star woods cue, would not recommend. The build quality was rubbish, not too long after I got the cue the butt split where the joint is, I tried contacting woods about it but never got a reply. If I was you I would buy an ADR147 cue, I've had 2 the build quality was brilliant for the price.

            Hi,

I bought a new snooker cue off ADR147 recently.
            9.5m tip, 18.4oz 58 1/4"
            Lovely cue, plays really smooth..
I used to play a bit of pool & would have no issues playing pool with this cue as well.
Great value for money & I wud personally recommend ADR147

If you know your specs,as other posters suggested, maybe get a new cue handmade.
Not sure how much the lads on this forum charge for a 1 piece/ 3/4 handmade cue
            Good luck in your search.
