So I Was to Visit his website in order to explore few options but here are some Descriptions,Notices which I feel so Disrespectful on a Customer's point of view

you are entitled to your opinion but there's more than one way to look at things.

There are hundreds of Top Cuemakers providing best cues with Best possible Customer service including Manners and Respectful Dealing But I don't know what type of business strategy is that he is following ,, I know there people including window shoppers that disturb you with Emails and Phone Calls etc But For a Nice Person to Deal with you have to bear those people and not pass that type of stupid Descriptions ,,

actually i think you'll find that the people who do actually approach me in a nice way are dealt with better than the 'hundreds of Top Cuemakers providing best cues with Best possible Customer service including Manners and Respectful Dealing'. as it happens, the polar opposite of what you suggest is probably more true but hey ho...

Well I know many will tend to disagree but what I thought I expressed here...

haha now that is funny. as it happens you are right that many will disagree, but forums tend to attract exactly the sort of people who like to complain/criticise or 'demand answers' about everything, so you'll certainly find people who share your thoughts here

I agree with you on the selling strategy...very strange to not really want to listen to your customers?
When someone is saying they don't need the money that gets my goat....if you don't need the money then why bother going through all the time and effort..just go relax on a beach somewhere

I visited Mike's website a while back & thought the same as you...It seems to me that he has become fed up with customers pestering him for cue lists, prices etc, that have no intention of buying...

no, i have a shop with published prices where people can browse and make up their own mind in their own time to buy or go elsewhere. that's how it works isn't it?

Added to this I think he has a slightly twisted/aggressive style of humour that shouldn't be taken to heart, but still, surely it pays to respect the customer even when irritated by a continual barrage of obvious, meaningless or time waster emails...For such a well organised & thoughtful web site, Mike's comments seem to have left a sh*t stain on his character, derived I believe, from a diminishing interest & dedication to his business & ruthles misjudged humour...As to the £1500 price tag; I don't care how great his cues are, a cue is a cue, a work of art perhaps, but for that kind of money he can shove them in a place that would be considered abuse.

however, considering i work 12 hours a day 7 days a week, and have done for as long as i can remember, i find it insulting, nay hurtful, to suggest "diminishing interest & dedication". nevermind...

i take the comment about shoving my cue/s where the sun don't shine in good humour. at least you appear to have a sense of humour, unlike the majority of cry babies on here who don't.

price is subjective and nobody is holding a gun to anyone's head. if you don't like a product or price, you go elsewhere.

I was thinking about getting a blackspin ferrule fitted for a Christmas present to myself, but I must admit the FAQ bit on his website led me to think he might be a bit prickly to deal with. I might still, but it's that or a new mattress, and I think a good night's sleep might help my game just as much.

Gotta admit I loved Mike' answer
In his defense, he was always very quick to answer to my emails even though I am not the owner of one of his cues (will probably be one day though :P). Always accurate, straight to the point, no nonsense. This is how he is, showing some character and I find it great.
I'm doing tech support in a printing company so I deal with customers all the time, with all their complaints, and boy, this can gets under your skin sometimes. So I can understand the way he deals with customers, offering advices but not making any compromise because down teh road, you will always find someone whinning for nothing. He's doing it his way and this is what makes him unique in my opinion

Mike is someone who prefers to give you a slap in your face , instead of stabbing you a knife in the back.
Unfortunately, that gets misunderstanding by sum and considerd as a bad attitude. Imo.

I am as OCD as it gets. I don't pester people, but my version of what constitutes correct is way ahead of most. Mike has always dealt with me promptly and politely via email and is great at sharing information and experience. When I had a problem, which most folks wouldn't even register as a problem, Mike dealt with it efficiently and in good grace until I was happy. I would not hesitate to do business with him again.
