I take it you've been re-tipping it without a wafer? I know the BS ferrule can be a little bit tricky when re-tipping but I've never seen one in that state.

lol its fooooked! how on earth have you managed that? makes me cringe that you can splash out on a cue like that and not look after it!... each to their own though i guess! no wonder hes charging you for the repair.

That's a proper messed up cue....He is going to have to drill out the old ferrule and any shortening maybe could be made up & sorted by adding ebony to the butt end?

What exactly have you been doing to the cue to get it into that state? Looks like its been hit with a rasp multiple times.

Ha ha, not to be mean, but that cues a mess. It looks like the ferrules been replaced with a chewed up fruit pastille, and the shafts been used for sharpening darts. Once the ferrules been replaced and all the scratches taken out you'll either have a toothpick, or a 90% ebony cue.
