He didn't insist but he sent an email in May 2015 saying they'd be ready by the end of June 2015, it's now March 2017 and he's heard nothing since that email?
He must have went for a weekend at Bernie's

i agree it might not be but i'd be surprised if no-one has started some sort of legal action to get their money back.

with all the drama and disillusioned customers I wonder if it has affected the value and demand for his cues in the used market

Yes and i do think that also but i was thinking as JUDGE RINDA would say in court at what point in that post was stated that it was to be deleverd by june 2015

Yes i think the flood gates are going to open in the small claims courts and every one makes a claim on there PPI

You cant say that am sure trever never made him pay full amount ?

Yes, Trevor didn't make me pay £1200 but I did paid him anyway and he admitted that the payment was received.

Actually, it's my second post. My first post was with the attachments of the payment remittance and his original email about saying cues finished time to show someone may not believe but DeanH told me the attachments revealed the privacy, so I resent the post without them.

Finally, thanks for all your guys' attention but I'd like to clear the thing again that I'm ok with the prepayment and the long waiting time but I really need a reply from Trevor to give me the faith to keep waiting,especially after the reminds to him recently.

Spoken to Trevor today - he has put his hands up - totally his fault - he is very sorry he will send you the cues this month with a couple of sets of extensions and some money back. he should be in touch later.

What a guy - I think you are a nice person ... mistakes happen when you are a one man band as busy as Trevor is we learn from them - he is a victim of his own success - I would take the extensions and money back don't be silly - its a nice gesture.

Yes thats nice of ADR and trever to fix this unfortunate mistake up yes extensions like gold dust av got 2 sets of them wouldnt sell them
