I'm glad this has been resolved but I am appalled at how snooker players are treated by cue manufacturers. We are customers at the end of the day and should be treated better, it won't bother him but I certainly won't recommend Trevor going forwards. How a guy can take money from somebody then disappear for years is beyond me.

Looking for Trevor White desperately

Thanks Andrew for helping out a fellow member here. At least 1 less problem. But i foresee a bigger situation unfolding as long as Trevor is not keeping to promised schedule and, at the same time, not replying emails.
While many of us are being tolerant towards the waiting time, at certain point in time, breaking points for each individual will eventually come. To make matters worse, we have people lucky enough to receive their cues at promised timeline and their orders were placed later while those who ordered earlier are still waiting. I've read it somewhere that Trevor doesn't show favouritism in his order list but that doesn't seems to be the case. I do find this troubling as even if it's selected shaft, it taking wait too long to find one... is he waiting for the right tree to mature or we are simply the forgotten ones?
We took a leap in faith that cue makers will honour their promises. Any deviation is expected but not to this extent. It's easy to say "take the refund and find other cue makers". However, the opportunity cost that was incurred is irrecoverable (time and price hike by reowned cue makers).
Like many others here, it's 2 years plus and counting for me. Last conversion with him was May 2016 and Trevor promised end May 2016 delivery. Thereafter, it was comms silence. No cue and no email replies. If i can go back in time, will i place my order with Trevor? Chances are no... no point crying over spilled milk. Guess i just have to WAIT.
P.S: I paid in full so that Trevor don't have to be bothered by any other email exchanges except to inform that the cue is READY!
