      Yes I did read it and it's more to do with the timber the cue is made of of than it being a one piece...

      Been at antique restorer for over 30 years, so have a good idea on how timber is....
      Not having a go but I don't think that's right..

        ive fixed more joints on 3/4's than i have on 1 pieces

        i have a one piece for snooker and a 3/4 for pool, no reason behind either choice apart from the fact i like the cues.
