  • New custom cue

I need to order a new cue but am having problems finding anything in my specs as i want it shorter than standard 55 1/2 - 56 inches is what i am after but the shortest i can find really is 57" and dont want to go paying good money for a nice cue then go chopping an inch plus off!!
After weeks of research the two i have narrowed it down to are mastercraft or ton praram. I have up to £300 max and believe i could get a ton praram series 2 for around £270 after shipping / customs
Mastercraft do an aspire range starting at £300 which is their top of the range
    Any advice much appreciated

Try Reg at Wright cues . Think his cues start at £295 .

There are others as well who could make you a custom cue .
Still trying to pot as many balls as i can !

Reg sends you progress photos , and a six week turnaround [ depending on how busy he is ] .

Hi Alun, not sure what the position is with Mastercraft. They still advertise their Standard Range cues on their website starting at just over £200 for a plain ebony and not a lot more for an exotic splice. I had an eclipse at one time and it was a very nice cue. My current playing cue is a Mastercraft cue. I've also got a Ton Praram. Lovely cue but for some unknown reason I seem to play better with the Mastercraft!

                Hi Alun,

I can make you a cue to fit just what you need.
Have a look at my page on Facebook Ninja Cues.
Pic on my page maybe the sort of thing your after, was a copy of my friends Parris but with a maple shaft.
New pics will be going up of the cues I'm making at the mo.
                Regards Colin
For that one you've always wanted...

                  Hi,
be patient, if you look on ebay you'll find a cue with that length at a good price from top cue makers. Not often but when there is one, not expensive.

Reg is definitely the man to see. I collected my new cue this morning, I haven't played with it yet but it looks quality.

Andy travis cues are second to none I got mine last year very reasonable price. Andy was great to deal with quick response and photo updates of my cue I would encourage anyone to go to him for a cue.
