      Great you got it replaced. But like ADR147 states, if they want to break it they usually do. Also the case with not delivering items. I've had a few problems recently. I prefer to meet up in person, or insist that the cue is fully insured. That way we are both covered.

      I recently purchased a new set of 1G balls. I insisted that the seller included insurance on the postage. I'm glad i did. The balls over 3 weeks later had not arrived.

      Courier companies are such a mine field. With a lot of drivers being self employed.

      You could have your cue made in to an extension! Just a thought.
