I think his whole Thai revelation and then removing this claim from his website is another thing. And whilst he is claiming he manufactures the cue in the UK himself, there are reasons to doubt this based on what is known about his health.
More so, there are other credible sources which say will is unable to build/repair every aspect of a cue.
So for him to produce cues and advertise them as wholly made in the UK, it does raise questions.
I'll say it outright that another cue maker told me will doesn't know how to make a cue from start to finish. He can do bits here and there and cover certain aspects but cue building, he can't do it.
