John Parris SE23 Postcode cue, maybe for sale

I have a mint condition 1991 JP Postcode cue, I'm not 100% sure if I want to sell it as I've been playing with it and it is a delight to use, Gerrard Green played a few shots with it and loved it! I'm curious to see what offers I get, I've had a generous offer already, I did contact JP and he said it should do well, stick it on eBay. My email is steve@swaleblinds.co.uk

I've added a few pictures, as you can see it is a machine spliced cue, I look forward to finding out what you make of it

Odd looking one, looks like the master cue with a higher joint.

They always are as the butt and shaft are machined and mated when still square and then planed round. Adjusting to keep it straight means that one side will be planed a little bit more than another making the splices uneven. But big deal, can you pot balls with it.

The cue Plays great, I don't know to much about this cue as I've only owned it for a few months, the guy who owned it previously to me bought it in 1991 along with a new snooker table from a company called K.A.P Promotions from Gravesend, Kent. He asked for a set of club cues and two good cues, this one for himself, apparently the cue was only played with once a year every Christmas, this is all I know about it, I'm intrigued to find out if anyone has seen a cue like this before or if anyone owns one?

Not all of them, only the badge, I sent a pic to a friend of mine, Gerard Green, I was unaware he was sending it to JP, if I knew he was forwarding it on I would of given him more pictures! This was JP's reply.

Hi Gerard it depends what model it is. It's quite old probably at least 25 years. Price can vary a lot depending on if it's hand spliced or machine spliced, 1pc or 3/4 joint sizes and condition. But with that disc it is quite collectible. Best bet is to put it on eBay with a reserve price and see what it goes for. Cheers
