I placed my order and paid the deposit on Jan 2015,that’s three years ago.it was said take 10months to finish.

I would not like to push him,only sending mail once a year to ask for update.

But I never got his reply after the deposit paid. Even when I write to ask if the deposit received the next day I paid, he never said a thing.

I kind of lost faith on him, anyone could help?

You may say you don't like to push him but waiting 3 years after being told it would only take 10 months.
The guy is well renowned for making fantastic cues but his customer service is abysmal. Keep hounding him.
I hope others can help!

I don't know how to contact him, but keep the faith as the two cues I have from him are exceptional...and the finish remarkable.

He is still very busy and I think he may be away currently.
ADR147 seems to have some form of 2 way connection.

He probably never received your deposit or never rralised he had.

when I've ordered cues with Trev, I've sent the deposit mid email exchange so he can confirm he had it.

I paid it thru PayPal account given by him . Added the additional fee charge he mentioned. He should have received but never confirmed with me.
