mid-2017 I contacted this store but got no reply.

however much I like Dan's cues, that is too much
but a cue is only worth what someone is prepared to pay

now, as I say the cue has been around for a long time, so maybe a bargaining chip there? :wink:

Quite a lot of money looking at other cue makers so a pretty good price tag but if they are sought after I guess it fits.

At that price we may see him start up again!

I spoke to dan a few times on here, was a genuinely nice guy and a shame what happened really!

Haha I’ll try to see if I can bargain I suspect not haha. But will def be looking at more cues tmrow to see what really fits. Just that I was playing around with it and it feels quite nice

Yeah I heard he was ok and had a nice little set up with one of Mike Wooldridge's old lathes etc and then it all went south!

Shame really as the cues do look nice.

I can see Dan Shelton cues finding their way out of cupboards from nowhere like the H&O 1pc jobbies we've saw on ebay last year

Not mine I'm afraid. Chatted to Dan about buying one of his cues but opted to buy a C-brand from another Forum member who was selling cues at the time. From memory Dan's cues were very reasonably priced at the time. Guessing this would have been around 2011.
