If you've ever wondered what's under those painted on "hand splices" here you go. I thought they would be a little bigger.

Just 2 pieces of wood glued together essentially.

It's a Riley sightright thing, bottom of the range. I bought it in a moment of weakness.

Have seen one what was a ¾ but had a different wood from the ash shaft.
