I took that to read his length, weight, tip size etc, it might well be just a plain ebony/ash cue underneath

Could well be but i'm taking a stab if they built it to his specs they might have used the same design

Plus with it all being covered up and John being fairly certain no one would ever strip it back its probably got the worst shaft imaginable on it ha ha ha

Could be the cheapest bit of ash he could find, weighted and not even spliced under the coating for all we know.
