Good question. if you had any intention of selling the cue then i would say dont change it as it is always better to sell something that is in original condition. however, if you intend to keep the cue and dont seem too happy with the joint then i would recommend having it changed. the cue will still be very valuable. and it will line up better. and the workmanship by Robert is second to none. A friend of mine just got a parris cue as he liked the shaft but changed the joint to an Osborne and he says he prefers the feel and look.
