hi.. what is the different between the jp ultimate with number and without number badge logo? i just bought a ultimate cue without number from my mate which he purchase on 1985 from john parris. thanks for the answer, really appreciate some pic here http://www.flickr.com/photos/1429253...th/1888407312/

thanks adr147, my mate just told me his cue is first batch ultimate w/o number bought more than 20 years ago, i think i no need to email to john directly, important is the cue must be playable, don't care real or fake

no it does not really matter if you like the cue - as far as i am aware the cues parris produced 20 years or so ago had his postcode in the middle

oh i see adr, i think i straightly email to jp but i think this cue is real, the reason is this cue feels different with other cues

haha.. i think john email will get flood, he won't reply soon, anybody know why john must put postcode on the badge for the purpose? is it requested by customer? sounds like a bicycle frame also have a postcode just below the bottom bracket there in case of stealing correct me if i'm wrong.

i still remember there got 1 parris cue which is not an ultimate model, i forgot which model saw it @ my country here, i guess is jp master model or jp classic model, it's a half piece middle jointed cue not 3/4, there got postcode number, quite a rare parris cue.

may be i intend to let go my rare parris ultimate cue due to the height does'nt suit me, it's 56'' long = 142cm, times to change to trevor white cue or will hunt black label
