  • Cue delivered with DHL

Hi. Does anybody have any experience with DHL courier? Is it fast, or not?

I ordered a cue and it was sent to me from UK last monday 5.11. in DHL Europlus courier delivery.
Then, next day I tracked it to Transit-station Eindhoven Netherlands, and there it is today. It hasnt move in 4 days, and they told from DHL that it would be delivered to me in 4 days.

I havent contact DHL yet to ask what is the problem. I hope they would sort it out. Im just scared that they have lost my cue. It cost me a lot.

    Is DHL really reliable?

    Thanx

They are one of the best courriers in the world. I had good experience with them, but that was some years ago. Even thought of using them recently but in the end my parcel was well delivered by normal post. took just a bit longer

    Pretty expensive as well DHL

Sometimes there could be custom clearance and for security reasons, addtional checks are required at the custom. Best to phone DHL local, ask them the status.

Hi. I finally got my cue today.
So they delivered it to me in one week, not in 4 days, but I dont complain. Very good service, althought I was little bit scared that my cue would be lost somewhere in their warehouses.

Thats great!By the way the cue is insured by dhl and ur merchant can claim the amount from DHL in case it is lost.BEST OF LUCK WITH UR NEW CUE.

Hi! Yes, the cue is absolutely fantastic! Its smooth, its well balanced, and I like the touch of that cue, althought, my first thing that I did to cue was replacing tip . Now I can give my dads cue back to him, so I can keep practicing with my new one.

Well, one of my friends have old Hunt & Byrne cue. He bought it from old player, who had it 10 years. Now he said after seen my cue that he is gonna buy new one. Althought theres nothing wrong with his cue.

well, thanks mr. Morris. I can honestly recommend him to anyone, who cant afford a Parris or White cue.

Oh, and my cue is ordered from Paul Morris at www.welshpooltrading.co.uk and its Powell traditional, so everybody now knows which cue we are talking about.

And sorry, BITTER didnt meant that your cues would be cheap copies, they are just as good quality as them, just prices are better .

The subject of price and quality, and value for money is a long one and I won't bore you all.

Needless to say I'm not "BITTER"

In fact I am well balanced, having a chip on both shoulders
