cue shops

hi there,

i play a couple of times a week and looking to buy a cue. i'm dubious about buying one online because i want to try it out firsy. i'm thinking of getting a peradon edwardian or the like so if anyone knows about them could they let me know whether it's a good choice...
also i'm struggling to find a cue specialist in west london. does anyone know of one in shepheard;s bush/acton area?
