Hi Guys
I play billiards with an old boy and he brought a cue for me to look at last night. The cue had been in his loft for 20 years plus. It is in a bad way, splices lifting, shaft bent. However it is a B & W Stevenson Champion Patent Secret Jointed Cue. The main badge is perfectly legible, the writing on round badge above has worn away but in the right light you can see the imprint. It has a stripey ebony butt with mahogany front splice rather than black ebony. Have looked at cues'n'views and confirmed all this from the details there. Anyway I'd like to know if there any serious collectors out there who would be interested in this rare piece of history. Unbelievably the cue still hits a sweet ball. To reiterate it isn't mine to sell I'm making enquiries on his behalf.
