Who makes the cue, or is there more than one person doing it?
How is the workmanship? Do the points usually look quite even top and bottom? Finish smooth and nice?
How is their customer service?
Did they start as a case company, or a cue company first? Do you think they are better at one of the two, or top notch with both?

peter ebdon does not use one. the guys name is paul roberts they are pretty good cues and not expensive.
