Bad Looking Parris For Sale on EBAY

It looks uncommonly like the last one that was minutely examined in this thread:http://www.thesnookerforum.com/board...ad.php?t=11876
Same specification, looks the same. I don't think anyone did find out whether it was genuine or not, no-one posted a final and authoritative verdict.
If you don't want the thing don't bid for it.
I do hope we don't have to go through the whole business again

The pictures are identical, as is the description and spec, except that the weight is now shown as 17.4 oz rather than 17 oz in the previous listing. It's not even that the seller is being lazy and re-using old photos of a similar cue, as he specifically states that "Cue as shown in pictures, actual cue, not some model pictures with something else delivered, what you see here is what you will get".
As bidder IDs are kept private it's impossible to get any specific information from the bidding history on the previous listing. However the fact that this information has been deliberately concealed will do nothing to inspire bidder confidence. It suggests to me that the seller was probably shill-bidding on his own item using another ID to push up the price, and was left holding the baby when the auction ended.
Even if it was the genuine article, with the dubious selling tactics employed by this seller I wouldn't touch it with a barge-pole.
