what is the fault?

It was ordered April 2013.... I have found a fault with it though so waiting on JP to see what they will do. Bit disappointing for a cue of this price

I thought JP ultimates jointed at 16" take between 8-12 months or is that 12"

George, from what I can see of the shaft it looks gorgeous. Nice aged look and nice chevrons. Can you show a pic of the whole shaft?
