I know its probably the light but is the ferrule loose on that cue? The grain looks a little bit worn too just below, looks like early signs of disease but again its probably the light.

Solid as a rock mate, i think it's just that i had polished up the ferrule before taking pics, and i think that's just chalk you can see on the shaft............................i'll get on it lol
Sometimes it's only by looking at pics close up that you notice things ehh

That is a very beautiful cue. Love the case, too. Just really a perfect match with the cue.
What a classic looking cue and case, you just cant beat that.:-)
Love looking at the pictures, thanks for sharing.;-)
By the way, just curious, is this case specially built for the cue? Is there no movement once the case is close?

Beautiful cue , early badge as well, enjoy.Just a query on the case though, are you sure Tony did the case ? I had a Barracuda Professional 3/4 with a Mahogany case once. The chalk cut out seems to be similar and the cut outs for the shaft were the same i.e. tapered to fit the shaft.Even had what appeared to be baize lining as well. This case was a Barracuda case , it doesnt matter anyway because I toyally agree with PQJ , absolutely fantastic cue and case combination, congratulations.

My latest 2 cues.
I have someone coming to hopefully buy one, so one of them maybe for sale.
PS - This is my first 3/4 jointed cue.
