Wanted one of these for ages and 2 came up at once so may consider selling this one if anyones interested?

Only played about 10 frames so far and it feels awesome!

Anybody else think those splices are a little out for an Ultimate?

Yep it's a modern cue by Tony Glover according to the advert on ebay - he said it was made for Dominic Dale, which makes sense as the bottom of the cue is completely lacquered which I understand he does himself (believe Dominic is on the forum, so maybe he can confirm).
I didn't know the transfer was on there from the pics I'd seen. I'm not a huge fan of replica cues in general, so I had planned to have a new custom plate fitted and bin the EJR one - but I quite like it in the flesh, the lacquer adds to the cue too I think.
The seller apparently lost "quite a lot of money on it".

lovely cue that but can I ask a few questions, 1) I take it is a new cue with a replica badge and who made it? 2) why the Dominic Dale sticker, does this mean made for DD, made to DD's specs, or previously owned by DD?
cant wait to see the ash versions

Certainly seem a bit out. Is it a new or 2nd hand cue ?

Miles out, totally unacceptable for the price he charges, just goes to show cues are selling on reputation not quality
