The pearwood shaft on that Glover is really unusual, gives the cue a unique look. Personally it's not for me though, would definitely stick with ash/maple for shafts

One piece ash cue, ebony butt, thick maple veneer with nice piece of cocobola for a front splice. All cue needs is a butt socket and a Parris badge and would be £400 lol. Feels like a cracker !!! (will try it out tonight to see)
Specs: 58 3/4", 9.6 ferrule, 18 oz, 29 butt, 17 3/4" balance point, 18" long main splices

Been wanting to try a longer cue out for a while, saw this on ebay on Sunday night from James Butters, stuck a bid in, and good lad that he is let me have it straight awayThanks James
