I first heard about this cue back in March from the chap who had it made by Tony Glover and I was intrigued and when it came up for sale about 10 days ago I decided I had to have it!
It's a cue made to honour the first ever 147 made by EJ 'Murt' O'Donoghue in New Zealand back in the 1930s this to my knowledge is not a replica of a cue that once existed but is an interpretation of how it may have looked. If anyone knows otherwise please feel free to pass on some info.

Lovely looking cue. I wondered if there was a cue made for the first 147. I also wonder if an original one exists and what it looks like.
My favourite players: Walter Lindrum (AUS), Neil Robertson (AUS), Eddie Charlton (AUS), Robby Foldvari (AUS), Vinnie Calabrese (AUS), Jimmy White, Stephen Hendry, Alex Higgins, Ronnie O'Sullivan, Dominic Dale and Barry Hawkins. I dream of a 147 (but would be happy with a 100)
