Yeah, went to them direct. Got to say, for the price of less than €100 for the cue, case and both extensions, it's fantastic.

Didn’t know that you could get your name put on the badge by Woods .

Just thought these were an anonymous Ebay seller .

You obviously went to them direct Greg ?

Like the look of the chevrons

Hi, guys. Don't really post here that often, but I suppose one of my New Year's resolutions is to get involved in the forum more. Heh.

Anyway, got myself a new cue for Christmas. Absolutely love it so far. Specs are below:

    Woods 3/4
    58"
    9.5mm
    17.8 oz

Plays really well, nice and whippy, the joint has stiffened it up a touch but it's really nice.

Yes the classic design is also my favorite. Like Mike's cue as well.

Also that Parris Ultimate looks nice. I'll be there next week, and see what he has.

    Enjoy..

Edit - So mine was number 2999 and your 3027. I have had it for 2 month now..
Seems to be averaging around 15-20 Ultimate cues per month then production wise. More than I thought they were making.

Yes I'm very pleased with the shaft and the overall quality of the cue. I guess I'm one of the very lucky ones.

I've got to admit I'm actually thrilled with it now. There is always that little bit of uncertainty because until you open the package you don't know what its going to look like. At first I thought well its nice but not exactly as I expected. But looking at it closer and the grain in the shaft and overall quality of the butt and front splice, Parris has gone up in my estimation. This is definitely a huge leap in quality to the standard range I've seen recently and having read some comments that some ultimate cues in recent times have been poor quality, suffice to say this is one of the finest cues I've seen, let alone owned.
Pleased for you Cueman. Looks spot on.

They really went mental with the size of that face splice, i remember the traditionals used to have a pretty short face splice then they suddenly made it much longer (easy to tell an old one from a new one in this regard), seems to be the new size for them.
