I don't think it was any particular model. it was a one off that i bought from omin when i was in Thailand a few years ago. The splice work(done to lengthen cue) and joint done by Robert.
It is a real nice cue, hits the ball beautifully. I like the fact there is no other cue like it. I have had loads and i mean loads of cues in the past (from craftsman and mastercue to Hunt and Robert Osborne) and this cue is on a par with any i have had.
I did ask Robert to leave the joint a few mm off in case it turned a little through time, but so far it has stayed in the same position and i am pleased with that.

No not quite. Most, if not all brass joints will turn after a while due to the soft metal that is brass, however, the weight and type of joint used by Robert does not seem to do this as much, but i wanted to be on the safe side(it is only about 1-2mm off set)
I am sure if you ask any cue doctor or maker on here, they will agree.
Actually a lot of cue makers don't like doing the joint in that position for that reason.
