hi my name is terry delorme i am from canada i have recently found a tom gauthier cue,the cue is an ash and ebony with multiple butterfly splices in some sort of redwood and ebony the cue has the original shaft as the grains of the wood match at the joint also cue has original leather bumper brass ring at bottom with a small brass weight added engraved into the brass weight is GAUTHIER CUES first i would like to know if this would be an early or late cue i am thinking that it was possibly made as a custom cue the shaft is as straight as they come with black fiber ferule also would like to know what this cue would fetch as a collectors item
