  • Price of aluminum cases

I went to buy a new alumimium 1 piece case from cue craft today, on asking the price i was told its would cost £100 with postage. But after a quick search i found the same case for less than £80 from B&W with postage.
So to all the members it pays to shop about.....

PS it for my new Mike Wooldridge classis cue .

Covered the foam with this last night on mine, now it really looks like a cue coffin.

£49 for a genuine 1pc cue craft is great value.
They are much better than most out there.

However a Wooldridge cue deserves a leather case.

Yes I have one of these for my 3/4, its a fantastic case. Very sturdy and rigid, holds the cue beautifully.

Somebody's negotiated a better price than you Andrew by the looks of it.Perhaps bankrupt stock or 2nds maybe.

What made me smile was reading another advert of the same case I read the locks were absolute top quality German ones. I then phoned Cuecraft and asked for a key as i did not have one for mine, Nice lady sent me one fo free, all I told her was it was the blue ali one piece.

Quality locks roflmao how can they be when one key fits all ?

doubt anybody buys them any cheape, at least not so cheap that they can sell them at £42 and it be worth doing. to sell at a buy it now on ebay of £42 they need to be £20 and thats too cheap for uk or about double the price of an import.

I agree ADR147 they can't be CueCraft's own ally's not at that price, CueCraft do however also sell the chinese aluminum cases as a cheaper option, I would take a guess that the ebayer is selling these, if you are thinking of buying one probably best to ask for a picture of the actual cases he is selling.
Easy way to tell the difference is to check the handle and locks, both are different from CueCrafts own cases.

This happens all the time, miss-representation ! sometimes innocently and sometimes not !

It's things like this that damage genuine products.

The cases in the picture definitely look like the Cue craft case to me.

Also, if you look at the feedback, the last six transactions are all for these cases, yet his feedback is 100%, so I'd guess those who bought are happy enough.

I would say it's more than likely they are original and genuine, but, he has bought a sizeable quantity and has achieved a heavy discount and wants to move them on.

So, a good buy for those who want one.

If they are genuine fair play, I can't see Cuecraft being to happy about them being sold on ebay for those prices .
