No, there is no difference in them, other than one would have originally had the tulipwood splices on the butt.
Pauls cue from memory was about 57.5" long, maybe a little under that at 57.25".
The ferrule was just over 9mm and the butt would have been about 29.5mm diameter, with the weight being about 17.5oz's.
