My cues do not have names except one...
It is called "Riva" because it looks like the Italian boats of that make.
I am confused... Oh wait... Maybe I'm not...

Does putting a cue on concrete like that not mark it?

trevor must have put the cue there gently, and he took snaps from all the sides without moving it,plus the cue was just oiled before taking the pictures, must be drying

either that or I guess she thinks you look like Gollum from Lord of the Rings?

my first cue was a Cannon Scorpion so I called it Scorpion which seemd to make sense since it was written down the side of the cue in great big letters

my new cue I call Merlin which doesn't make much sense at all since it's a "Welsh Dragon" from www.WelshPoolTrading.co.uk but I can see the logic in there somewhere ...

I hope to buy a Shark series cue from Mike Wooldridge one day at www.HandMadeCues.com ... the cues with that little bit extra phut! no idea what I'd call her though - is Jaws too obvious?

Yes, it is a bit obvious.
But you can say that your cue is phut-jointed.

my best friend, who i used to play with years, had a terry griffiths cue, he used to call it his 'terry griffiths cue with a built in safety mechanism', as everytime he potted a ball the white would end up on a cushion!

I'm still waiting for my cue to be built but I think I'll call her Rachael. I may change the name once I have her in my hands.
                          Cheers,
