true - most of the time i have a fair idea but with rare cues you never know

i have just been told steves cue is a very late second edition with an ebony butt and the hollow lettering - identical to yours and that parris took the badge off years ago.

I would estimate by having the butt joint fitted its knocked a good £100 off the value. £250 with the joint, at least £350-£400 without the joint. Its just puts off the serious money collectors

Think the cue will go to someone who is going to use it rather than collect it which is what i would like ! already had offers of a lot more than current bid but am so intrested to see what it will actually go for like adr147's first edition !

Collectors dont live forever but they do look after their cues. One day it'll be in the hands of a player you can be almost certain of that.
