  • Cue repair

Ive had my cue for a while now and its got a few nicks (nothing major) that dont affect me when playing normally, but when using a rest they tend to click when feathering the white. Just wondering is it a simple job to repair these or is it best to get it done professionally.

Don't try to fix it yourself unless you are very good with your hands and have some idea of how to go about it, and, be careful about who you give it to for any repair.

Not all cue makers/repairers are of the same quality, not by a long way.

no thats very true trevs1, not all that glitters is gold for sure.

Probably best using a reputable craftsman of modest standing that does not come off as proclaming to be the best there is, the best there was, the best there ever will be.....One who talks the talk and walks the walk at the same time.................
Its not how well you play its how good you look playing that counts!
