I have owned 2 black plate Hunt & Obyrne cues and both of them had a number stamped onto the cue and a certificate of authenticity with them.
I would not say the cue in the pics is a fake for sure but I cant see the stamp and the badge does not look exactly the same as the ones on the cues I have owned.
Just because its old, doesn't mean its worth a fortune!!

There will not stamp the no. on the round butt?
so far I saw 2 pattern for the stamp no. 1 stamp on the plate , 2 stamp on the wood of the butt, which one is correct or 2 pattern are genuine?
