Hi everyone. I am on Trevs computer looking at the forum.. The cue i am using is an original black plate Hunt and o'byrne cue with a square plate fitted and was originally made for an ex snooker player friend from west wales in the late 80's.

        NOW THEN...

During the off season i had 3 wonderfully made cues by Trevor White but for a change i got cold feet about changing cues so i have asked Trev to put them up on ebay on my behalf so keep your eyes peeled in the next week or so. 2 of them are one piece cues with my own designed name plates in old ivory and a secondary bagde above bears my initials D.D. The other is a 3 piece cue. All have ash shafts and are 57.5 long and weigh 17.5 ounces and very stiff and play really well. The cue i use now is only 16 ounces and 58 inches long so thats why i was reluctant to change as the difference in weight is a lot.

        Dominic.

p.s i will gladly include a signed provenance with the sale of these cues on ebay. They will be sold around the 5th-10th August.

Spoke to trevor today about getting work done, he was saying the cues are first class as one would expect.

I would just like to confirm to everyone reading this thread, that the post made above was not made by me, but was actually made by Dominic, who just happened to call on me before travelling back home to Austria.

We were discussing something which was mentioned here on the snooker forum, and, as he was viewing the site, saw the question posted by Martin (platt) about the cue Dominic is using currently.

After answering Platt's question, he decided to bring it to the attention of everyone that he is selling a few of the cues he owns, in case there might be interest in them here.

These cues will go onto Ebay from Thursday this week, so if anyone is keen to take a lok at them, they will be there for all to view from then.

I have, or will reply to all who have asked about these cues in the mean time.

Hi all, sorry for the confusion over these cues.

What has happened is that I tried to take some pics of these but realised that I had no battery in either of my cameras, and since then, have not had a chance to get them sorted.

I'll stick then on for Sunday now, sometime in the late afternoon.

Apologies again to all those wanting to take a look.
