  • About the Andrew Higginson's cue

Just watched the match Mark Selby vs Andrew Higginson.
I noticed that the Andrew's cue(4 inch long from the tip) full of old chalk mark, how come?He didn't clean it everyday or every practice?

    I saw that too.

When the snooker league is on in my area, I always clean my cue before each match, as it makes it much easier to slide through your bridge hand.

Its something to do with the ferrule catching his eye when he cues so he he covers it up with chalk.
