hi guys
OK last night when I went for a game, I put my cue together and noticed that at near the ferrule was a small chip, with a tiny bit of the wood sticking up; so when I would play a shot it would rub over my bridge hand and be uncomfortable and distracting. I round have to rotate my cue around so it wouldn't rub over my hand when playing a shot.
So I'm wondering what the best course of action is - should it be ok to get some very very fine sandpaper (or emery, whatever you call it) and smooth it out, or will this make the texture uneven?
Thanks
k
