NW cues finish

Does anybody know which finish Kevin of North West uses on his cues? Is it just sanded and then oiled or its wax/filler/whatever...? ADR147, i know you know... so your answer is more than welcome

i have one of kevins cues and it might be oiled but thats it, its just a plain bit of wood, nothin added and thank goodness im finally getting used to it,

Thanks. that's what I thought. it feels a bit strange at the beginning as you you "feel" the wood and the grains. I added a coat of raw linseed oil and now it feels like there is some kind finish on it and its better. must say though, the cue is a great player, well balanced and very stiff ash. in general, top cue even if the way it was finished (or not finished...) could be better.
