Mike had produced I believe a few limited editions like the one you have seen. The seller wont get that price tho. You would be better off going straight to Mike himself and getting one made to your specification for that money. You pay for the time, the quality of craftsmanship and materials and the knowledge you will get exactly what you want. Mikes site is www.handmadecues.com

Register and you can view yourself what he can offer. Other makers to try on the same level would be Trevor white, Tony Glover, Dave Coutts, Kevin Muncaster, John Parris to name a few.

BTW: The same limited edition is here at at really really stupid price:

from the auction listing ... "i have set the bidding at a modest £349 to start which in fairness is about 1/3 of its value so you can definitely pick up a real bargain!!"

which I take to mean, the seller thinks the cue is actually worth £1047 plus £19.99 p&p ...

now I know Mike Wooldridge cues are good ... very good ... very very good ... and I hope to own one one day ...

but unless Santa wins the lottery, I don't think he's going to splash out on that one ... possibly little Miss Piggy Bank might buy me one of Mike's "Shark" series for my birthday next year ...

      here's hoping!
