well I for one would PM Bitter and ADR147 or ask Craftsman ... I'm sure you won't be disappointed with whatever any of those recommend ... just make sure it is a natural oil finish because that makes a huge difference in my opinion(I very much doubt any of the above would offer anything else in that price range) ...
I would include a Wooldridge Shark in my list but I guess we may be talking slightly over your budget for that spec (only guessing - the Shark cue with butt-joint is much less than that) ...
