    Hi,

    Have a read of the cues section on Mike Wooldridge site that will tell you everything you need to know.

    If you have £300 to spend I would go with 1 of the following:

    * Trevor White
    * Mike Wooldridge
    * Robin Cook
    * Dave coutts

    John Parris can be a bit hit and miss and if you want his best work you have to buy an ultimate at minimum of about £400, the above cue makers provide their best work as standard.
    Just because its old, doesn't mean its worth a fortune!!

        I must admit I find Trevors cues 2nd to none.

        I currently play with one of Trevors cues and have another on the way!!

            Can't fault that reply, would only add Tony Glover and Tony Wilshaw to the list, just to give you some more headaches in choosing!

                  I got a Mike Wooldridge Pro 3 about six months ago and it's brilliant. His super tips are great too.
