b & w cues
I had a good look at there cues on display in blackpool last year (world 8 ball championships) and they were not the cheapest cues, but they did look fantastick and if i had my credit card in my pocket at the time i would have had one from the rack for sure!
Well impressed with them. (although never had a shot with one)

Quality cues, nice people to deal with, for cues or repair work.
Dean has been making cues for over 20 years.

i know of a young lady who went in to buy a cue for here boyfriend and they sold her a cheap masterbilliards cue for ÂŁ200 as a handmade cue - i am sure about this because she came to me for tips afterwards!

They make it very clear they are nothing to do with Burroughes and Watts

if you call yourself B&W and you are from the same place there is bound to be confusion.

B and W Billiards, BWL, and Burroughs and Watts.
Of the three I think it is only B and W that make and sell their own cues.
I agree the names are confusing.

It's Burroughs and Watts of Sutton Coldfield Birmingham that ADR refers to, they are the ones that bought the trade name.
B + W Biliiards of Cradley Heath in the Black Country have no connection with the former and do make very good cues albeit a bit pricey. Seems they are more popular with the uk pool world than snooker of late as quite a few top pool players especially around the midlands use their cues.
Graham Miles used to be connected with them as at one time he was available fo coaching on their site either at a reduced rate or free with a new cue or something simlar.
Think it was Darren Appleton who was selling his B+W billiards cue on ebay last yr, though it went unsold not reaching it's reserve. They don't come up for sale very often and when they do they don't have the appeal of other top brands but only because they are not so well known nationally.Last edited by totlxtc; 9 January 2009, 05:16 PM.

They still make all my sample cues, which have been sent all over the world. They make quality cues at a fair price.
Dean, Yvonne, Julian and Tom are very pleasant to deal with, and offer excellent service with a smile
Why not give them a try!

So, did you buy a B&W cue or a Trevor? And was it the chap you beat who had the Trevor cues or B&W? Sorry if it's clear for you but I'm just getting over a nasty bout of gastroenteritis and nothing is clear at the moment!Il n'y a pas de problemes; il n'y a que des solutions qu'on n'a pas encore trouvées.
