Saying that i have heard good things and im very tempted by the mike wooldridge shark series.
I recently bought a Shark Series cue and for the money its very good quality, feel etc. The mini butt is £40 and is abit steep but the cues quality made up for it. Im now saving my coin for the Mike Wooldridge Pro or the JP Ultimate but it will take quite a while before I have the funds.

i personally dont think that. My current cue is cheap but has a very good shaft and is probably all im likely to need. However this cue i am planning on getting for my 21st birthday so i want a quality product that will last. I can think of many things to have instead but none that will be used so much or last as long as a new snooker cue.
To poolqjunkie, i was trying not to judge these people which is why i started this thread. There is very little information aboutu the company around. Their website states that they have been making cues for the past 40 or so years so i imagine they are probably capable of making a good cue. However the name paris is not used once on the site, and they use the same logo when you add them to your favourites as John Parris does. Coincidence? Im sure they probably are capable of making a good cue but personally i will stick with one of the better known manufacturers whom i have actually found some information on.

They are cheap cues and are sold as such.

Have you owned one, touched one or even seen one?

Are you commenting on cues you have not owned or seen or touched?

I though you were really against posters making such un-qualified comment?

You said it was disgusting, remember?

I decided on a cue from welshpooltrading, ebony 58.5" with 4 tulipwood splices, 10mm tip 18.5oz. 165 including matching tulipwood mini butt. I was very tempted by the shark series and for the price its probably the best cue you can get as long as you stick to standard specs. The mini butt is another 40 pounds i think though.

Mastercraft cues are very affordable and i think they are of exceptional quality this is their website www.mastercraft-cues.co.uk i own the 'Black Prince' Mastercraft cue and it was £120 and i think it is a brilliant cue even better than some much more expensive cues out there and they also let you choose your specifications for free.
                      Must of been a kick

I played with one paris cue. It's not bad... But it's not spectacular. Average cue
You cannot improve your game if you don't have a cue and snooker table
