  • Cue Craft Baron oN THE wOnK!!

Got a Cue Craft Baron on Ebay.. bent at the middle! The seller kindly offered a refund but was wondering if this was an easy fix?

Looks like the bottom (butt end) brass lock joint is slightly set on the wonk and is throwing the rest of the cue off..

I don't know if that's an easy fix or not, I'm sure someone on here will though. It's a bit cheeky selling it like that, did he mention it in the ad?

I am sure a cuemaker with lathe can take out the old joint and retrim and reset joint correctly

I think Ninja (Colin) can fix this
      Up the TSF! :snooker:

To fix that you need to remove the joint, dowell the holes and then re-drill and fix the joint straight so a lathe is a must. I have one and could do the job but it would cost you £20 plus postage of about £15 to me and then back to you so not a cheap fix at £50 all in.
Is the cue worth it, I doubt that so best to send it back and get a refund.
Speak up, you've got to speak up against the madness, you've got speak your mind if you dare
