Exquisite Cues posted some pics and info on Higgins new cue on facebook, it is a GBL cue modified by Raymond. Specs are 9.8mm,just under 57”,29.8mm butt, weight 17.5oz

Interesting ash, I had heard that John likes the arrows to point at him rather than forward to the tip. Im surprised it's that short because Johns cue action is so long it always makes his cue look long..

probably cocobolo splices added like he had on his previous cues, often so dark hard to see in photos but stand out lovely in real

Yes as DeanH says 4 Cocobolo splices to match his previous cue, other adjustments Raymond made included slight weight change, and changing the base joint to fit John's current extentions.
